MAJOR
FLIGHT 19
That was the most mysterious
disappearance in Bermuda triangle, you should know that Flight 19 was a code
name of 5 Avenger Plane it was a training flight Depart from Naval base from Florida
on 1945 , dec, 5th and it never landed. The flight was led by Commander Charles Taylor . and
each plane was 3 seated planes , flight 19 is the best bomber flight among us
navy to destroy enemy submarine. It was carrying 2000 pond of bombing materials
in a range of 1000 miles. Along with Charles Taylor there are 13 navy trainers
in different flight. Charles Taylor was the commander and he the
only men with highly experienced pilot among them.
It was a clear day the flight depart from Florida base camp,
the flight path is 56 up towards east to Hens & chicken shoal to practice after
the boombibg practice they turned back to Florida at north 73 miles , on this
way the cover triangular area over sea. At 3 pm weather report was excellent, typical
sunny day. At 3.30 pm tylor sent a message to Florida flight control tower that
compass was malfunctioning and he thought he would somewhere in Florida.
Immediately an instruction was given from the tower to turn
north and fly towards Miami, only if he was sure that they were at the Florida
keys. However, Taylor's idea of being close to the Keys was wrong. They had
probably gone to the East as originally planned, but for some reason he got
confused. As he guided the flight more towards north, further out to the sea
the avengers traveled. At
3.45 p.m., Taylor's voice was heard again at the control towers. This time he
sounded worried and confused ... "Cannot see land, we seem to be off
course". At this stage there was another transmission that was picked up
when one trainee student said to the other "If we would just fly west, we
would get home." He was right. But who would care?
